ENGLISH CHANNEL ROW
On 9th May 2022, Louis, alongside his team of 6 led by Darren Edwards, rowed one of the world's busiest shipping lanes: the English Channel in 5 hours 30.
In support of Mental Health charities.
17 MARATHONS IN 17 DAYS
On 4th March 2022, Louis completed his 17 marathons in 17 consecutive days for the 17 years his Grandfather lived with Dementia, running with shin splints from day 10 and across several cities in the UK such as London, Cardiff and York.
In support of Alzheimer's Research UK.


100KM ULTRA MARATHON
On 28th November 2021, Louis completed his longest run to date, completing a self-organised 100km Ultra Marathon in 13 hours 45 minutes.
In support of Alzheimer's Research UK.
PROJECT 10 Y FAN
In August 2021, Louis climbed Pen y Fan, in South Wales, 10 times non-stop whilst wearing a 10kg weighted vest in 18 hours 47 minutes.
In support of Walking With The Wounded.


20 CHALLENGES IN 2020
From marathons to mountains, completed 20 challenges over 9 months in 2020 adapting to event cancellations and changes during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Highlights included the world's first duathlon in an altitude chamber, the virtual London Marathon and the 3 peaks challenge in under 24 hours.

MT KILIMANJARO AT 19 YEARS OLD
With no prior mountaineering or altitude experience, Louis summitted the tallest free standing mountain in the world, Mt Kilimanjaro, as a teenager.

OTHER CHALLENGES
Louis has completed in every race distance from 5km up to ultra marathon. His favourites include Britain's Toughest 10 Miler, the London Marathon and a 12 hour ultra marathon during the pandemic.
